The links are checked regularly for live/dead status using my web-site management software but with nearly 400 links on the three links sites that I maintain a full manual check is laborious and time consuming. Apologies for any errors you may find with changed content. However before you shout at me/us please remember that a dead or changed content link is entirely the fault of the site that has changed or gone without leaving a forwarding message on their old site! All links on this site URL were reviewed manually on 26 December 2004. All dead and no longer appropriate one's were removed. I noted that some of the removed links I had auto-checked with software and although they were still live URLs they had significantly changed content since they were linked to, including one I did not consider at all appropriate for a link from a family site! Apologies to you if you clicked the old tourist information link and got the revised York area adult dating agency content page - that URL was a simple tourism site when I linked to it!!
