Reduced price tickets in advance - (Page updated to 3rd February 2012)
2012 prices are NOW confirmed AND the advance booking office has reopened.
The deadline for receipt/posting of Advance ticket applications is receipt by Thursday one full week before (For 2012 Show = 28th March)
Doors open for "pay on the door" customers at 10.00am each day.
Book early, save money, avoid any queues as advance ticket holders are allowed in 15 mins before the General opening time and for a reduced price too! "Weekender" ticket purchase arrangements - they remain available but only if bought in advance. Advance & Guest ticket holders arriving after the doors open to the public at 10:00am remain able to avoid any "pay desk" queues, simply come in via the main entrance doors and present your ticket to the ticket check stewards
2011 Advance Tickets are now available through to a clear week before the Show weekend. For 2011 the last date for the receipt of incoming bookings will be Friday 15th April 2011 - last posting out will be on Saturday 16th April 2011.
Print off and send the form below together with an SAE and your Cheque/Postal Order for the full amount (payable to York Model Railway Show) to Mr J. Wills, 17 Danbury Drive, Acomb, YORK, England. YO26 5EQ. Include a stamped, self addressed envelope for the reply. Cut off for mailing out of advance tickets is one full week before the show.

The available concessions are:-
Concessions - 60 years or older (bus pass holders), disabled (blue badge holders) and juniors (under 16 years), No concessions for unemployed. Family tickets admit 2 adults & 2 children under 16. Bought in advance they save you £8.00 over the comparable "on the day, door price" for the same tickets bought individually). Under 5s free.
I enclose my cheque/Postal Order for £___________ being the full amount owed. I also enclose a Self Addressed Envelope for your reply. (UK residents should ensure their SAEs are stamped). Full colour Show Guides will be available on the day at the advance entry door. If arriving early please look for signs for the advance entry point. Cut off for receipt of applications & mailing out of advance tickets is one full week before the show.
